  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During festive seasons or high-sale periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time & Delivery Duration

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote/Rural Areas: 6–10 business days

Once shipped, you will receive:

  • Courier partner details
  • Expected delivery timeline

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Krishloom may offer:

  • Free shipping on selected products or above a certain order value
  • Standard shipping rates for all other orders

Couriers are selected based on the delivery location for fastest arrival.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number on your email or mobile number.
You can track your order through the link provided until it reaches your doorstep.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make 3 delivery attempts.
If the customer is unavailable:

  • Courier will try again
  • The parcel may be returned to us after repeated failed attempts

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Wrong Address or Contact Details

  • If the shipping address or phone number provided is incorrect or incomplete:

    • Delivery may be delayed
    • Package may be returned to Krishloom

    Customers are responsible for providing accurate details at checkout.

    Re-shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.

Krishloom is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Festivals, strikes, or national holidays
  • Courier operational issues
  • Natural disasters
  • Remote location constraints

We will still do our best to assist you with updates and coordination.

  • Damaged or Missing Packages

    If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or partially delivered:

    • Take photos of the package immediately
    • Contact our support team within 24 hours

    We will raise a complaint with the courier and arrange support or replacement as per policy.

International Shipping

Currently, Krishloom ships within India only.
International shipping will be announced once available.
